After Jody tries to win Mindy's heart by buying her an apartment, Mindy is torn between her old love, Danny, and a relationship with Jody. Tamra is suspicious about Mindy's trip to Miami so she and Colette go undercover to figure out what really happened.

Nurses' Strike
A nurses' strike spearheaded by a new male nurse shakes Shulman & Associates to its core. Meanwhile, Mindy cares for a sick Leo; Jody puts the upstairs apartment on the market; and Brendan asks Mindy for help with a new project.

Margaret Thatcher
The nurses' strike continues, while Mindy finds herself having romantic feelings for the enemy—Ben, the leader of the nurses. As the doctors and nurses try to stay strong, Jeremy finds that the stress is taking a serious toll on his health.

Mindy Lahiri is a Misogynist
The practice needs a doctor until Jeremy is back on his feet following his heart attack, but Mindy has reservations about the new ob-gyn's gender. Meanwhile, Ben's living situation could be a deal breaker for Mindy.

Leland Breakfast Is the Miracle Worker
When Mindy discovers that her new boyfriend isn't being exclusive, she goes on a date with a famous actor aka "the bad boy of London theater." The nurses try to cheer up Jody, who's lost his mojo, and discover he might be planning something drastic.

Concord
Mindy escapes to her childhood home in Massachusetts and discovers that her mom is using dubious methods to further her acting career in local theater. As Mindy and Rishi try to intervene, she learns that Danny is having doubts about marrying Sarah.

Revenge of the Nurse
Ben gets the opportunity to host a medical segment on a talk show, but he has no interest in fame. Mindy questions whether she wants to be with someone who doesn't have the same ambition as her. Matters come to a head when Mindy bumps into an old flame.

Hot Mess Time Machine
Still reeling from her breakup with Ben, Mindy finds herself living the same day over and over again, and realizes that the only way to break the spell is to make things right with Ben.

Bat Mitzvah
Mindy panics when her new hot boyfriend Ben doesn't invite her to his daughter's bat-mitzvah. Meanwhile, Jody, claiming he's over his heartache, dates Mindy's doppelgänger.

Take My Ex Wife, Please
Mindy acts out after learning that Ben's super-hot ex-wife is in town visiting him. Anna, having trouble at home, begrudgingly asks her coworkers for help.

Dibs
A heartbroken Anna grieves her breakup at Mindy's place, while Jody and Jeremy compete for her affection. Morgan, trying to jump-start his dating life, blows up at Colette's new girlfriend, Karen, when she accidentally interrupts his make out session.

Mindy Lahiri Is a White Man
Mindy is unfairly passed over for a promotion and goes to bed wishing things were different. She wakes up in the body of a handsome white man and quickly discovers the perks that come with white male privilege.

Mindy's Best Friend
Mindy's world is turned upside down when her cool friend from childhood moves to New York and starts dating Morgan. Meanwhile Ben has to cover his tracks after the nurses spot him in a provocative situation.

A Decent Proposal
Mindy hears that Ben might be planning to propose, just as she decides she never wants to get married.

Stephen Colbert brings his signature satire and comedy to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the #1 show in late-night. Featuring bandleader Jon Batiste with his band Stay Human, the Emmy Award-nominated show broadcasts from the historic Ed Sullivan Theater. He talks with an eclectic mix of guests about what is new and relevant in the worlds of politics, entertainment, business, music, technology, and more. Stephen Colbert took over as host, executive producer, and writer of The Late Show on Sept. 8, 2015.
Colbert is best known for his work as a television host, writer, actor, and producer, and lest known for his charity work teaching English as a second language on Tunisian date farms. Before joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed The Colbert Report, which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
