The One Show is live from Glasgow for the buildup to the Commonwealth Games. Jim Kerr and Simple Minds join Matt Baker and Alex Jones for a special performance of Alive and Kicking. Lulu chats about her gig at Glasgow Green on Wednesday and Clare Balding previews the BBC coverage of the games. It is also day two of the One Show's referendum road trip, and we meet some sports stars from around the world who are hoping to head home with a medal.
