The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder - Season 1

Penny's world is turned upside down when two new kids, Maya and her brother KG, move into the neighborhood and immediately re-shuffle the fragile status quo. Maya, who personifies "wokeness," deems Penny (and her friends) unworthy of her friendship because she considers them too superficial. Penny, desperate to prove her wrong, finds herself on the wrong side of a scheme to free a giant panda from the local zoo. Meanwhile, Dijonay, LaCienega and Zoey are vying for the affection of KG.

Penny's friends become obsessed with Makeup Boy, an online makeup influencer whose brash opinions on feminine beauty rub Penny the wrong way. To prove the point that influencers have no authority, Penny endeavors to become an influencer herself. As her popularity soars, however, Penny's celebrity goes to her head and she soon wields her clout selfishly and tyrannically. Scared of their friend, Penny's crew plot to take her down a notch before everyone and everything is canceled.

Oscar forces Penny to play basketball against her will. 

Penny and Oscar butt heads when a new family moves into the neighborhood. 

Oscar opens up a dangerous but wildly popular theme park. 

Penny starts a rideshare company aimed at kids. 

Al Roker grants Penny's wish to be a college student. 

Penny inadvertently gets her homeless teacher, Ms. Hill, fired. To right her wrong, Penny starts a fundraiser. Zoey turns to Uncle Bobby to learn the ways of the funk.

LaCienega feels threatened by her ugly-duckling-turned-beautiful-swan cousin, LaBrea, as her quinceañera approaches. Sunset's sister, Melrose, goads her into making poor choices.

When Trudy tracks Suga Mama's family to Oklahoma, the Prouds head to the family rodeo, where Suga Mama's painful history will be revealed. Oscar discovers he's a natural cowboy.
