Tonight at the Games: Day 2
JJ Chalmers and Isa Guha round up the best of the day's action as 23 gold medals were dished out at the 22nd Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
The impressive new Sandwell Aquatics Centre was the venue for an expected Battle of Britain showdown between Tokyo heroes Tom Dean and Duncan Scott in the men's 200m freestyle final. Dean stormed to a brilliant gold in the event at last summer's Olympics, just ahead of his GB teammate Scott, but they will now face off in an England v Scotland showdown.
The Home Nations were also expected to medal on a busy day of track cycling, while the marathons took place around the roads of Birmingham.

Tonight at the Games: Day 3
JJ Chalmers and Isa Guha introduce highlights of a spectacular day of action at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham that saw 25 gold medals handed out.
Just two days after the individual triathlon golds were handed out, it was the turn of the mixed relay, which made such a stunning debut at the Olympics last year. Great Britain won a glorious gold, and three of their four team members are in action for England - Alex Yee, Jonny Brownlee and Georgia Taylor-Brown – which makes them strong favourites for gold.
There were nine medals given out in the pool tonight and six in the velodrome, while Commonwealth champions were crowned in the men's and women's rugby sevens.

Tonight at the Games: Day 4
JJ Chalmers and Isa Guha bring you the very best of day's four action at the Commonwealth Games, as 28 golds medals were won in Birmingham.
Track cycling has been a rich source of success for the home nations at previous games, and with five golds on offer today, hopes were high of yet more glory. Could England's Matt Walls add points race gold to the omnium title he won at last year's Olympics? Elsewhere, the medals came thick and fast in the pool, at the gymnastics and on the judo mat.

Tonight at the Games: Day 5
The best action and reaction from the multi-sport championships in Birmingham, with athletics and swimming accounting for nearly half of the 37 gold medals won on day five.
Global athletics stars such as Dina Asher-Smith, Keely Hodgkinson and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce all got their track campaigns underway at the Alexander Stadium, while three-time Olympic champion Adam Peaty was seeking to avenge his rare defeat in the pool at the previous Commonwealth Games four years ago.
The rest of the day's sporting action included five apparatus finals in artistic gymnastics, plus judo, 3x3 basketball, lawn bowls and more.
Presented by JJ Chalmers and Isa Guha.

Tonight at the Games: Day 6
Catch-up on the day's headline makers at the Commonwealth Games, with 30 champions crowned across athletics, swimming, cycling, judo, lawn bowls, squash and weightlifting.
Among the highlights was the women's 100m final, with an expected showdown between Dina Asher-Smith and ageless Jamaican star Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce. A wide-open men's event also reached its climax, Katarina Johnson-Thompson was looking to retain her heptathlon title, while swimmers Duncan Scott and Ben Proud, world champion mountain biker Evie Richards and weightlifting trailblazer Emily Campbell were going for gold.

Tonight at the Games: Day 7
JJ Chalmers and Isa Guha introduce the day's highlights, with Mark Cavendish, Geraint Thomas and Jack Laugher among the household names going for gold on day seven in Birmingham.
Cycling luminaries Cavendish and Thomas have both won a Commonwealth title before, but not in the time trial, where they were likely to face stiff opposition from the likes of England's Ethan Hayter.
Rio Olympic champion Laugher was defending his 1m springboard title in the first of two diving finals tonight, with the women's 10m platform event also held.

Tonight at the Games: Day 8
Isa Guha and JJ Chalmers introduce the standout moments from the biggest multi-sport event to be staged in the UK for a decade, with athletics and diving the focus on day eight.
Divers Jack Laugher and Matty Lee, Olympic champions past and present, were vying for further glory in their respective events, while Edinburgh's Grace Reid was the defending champion in the 1m springboard. Five athletics finals took place at Alexander Stadium, including the culmination of the decathlon.

Tonight at the Games: Day 9
Catch up on an action-packed day nine from Birmingham with Isa Guha and JJ Chalmers bringing you all the key moments.
England's Dina Asher-Smith and Keely Hodgkinson were two of the home favourites going for gold on the athletics track, while diving champion Jack Laugher was defending his men's 3m springboard title.
Plus the best bits from the women's T20 cricket, netball, lawn bowls, beach volleyball and boxing tournaments, which are now nearing a conclusion.

Tonight at the Games: Day 10
Isa Guha and JJ Chalmers introduce highlights from the penultimate day in Birmingham, with no less than 44 gold medals up for grabs.
Two of cycling's greats, Mark Cavendish and Geraint Thomas, were in Warwick for a high-class men's road race, while on the athletics track, Scotland's Olympic medalist Laura Muir was going for gold in the women's 1500m and Max Burgin was hoping to shock Kenya's Olympic champion Emmanuel Korir in the men's 800m.
There were high hopes of success for the home nations in the diving, with the men's 10m platform and women's 3m springboard medals decided, and among many team sports finals today, the first women's T20 cricket champions were crowned.
