Episodes

Dubrovnik
Richard Ayoade is joined by Stephen Merchant to enjoy a weekend break in the Croatian city of Dubrovnik. Having checked in to their fancy rooms at a 16th-century townhouse, they head off round one of the world's best-preserved medieval cities. A Game of Thrones tour features some of the show's most celebrated locations, while Richard and Stephen also visit a hilltop fort still littered with landmines dating from the war of the 1990s.

Bergen
Richard Ayoade is joined by comedian Lou Sanders for a two-day break in the Norwegian city of Bergen, taking a speedboat transfer from the airport to their waterfront lodgings. They explore the historic neighbourhood of Bryggen, ride a cable car to the top of Mt Ulriken and fly down the the fastest zipline in Norway - against Richard's better judgement.

Krakow
Richard Ayoade is joined by comedian Joe Wilkinson for a two-day break in Poland's second city Krakow, beginning by attending a baking workshop, before heading to a salt mine to marvel at the world's largest underground chapel. They also drive to Nowa Huta, a showcase suburb of socialist realism, where they end up in an authentic communist-era apartment - with obligatory vodka and pickles. After a lunch of pierogi dumplings, they take part in a stained glass workshop at the centre of Krakow's art nouveau movement.

Madrid
Richard Ayoade and comedian Ellie Taylor team up for a two-day meander around Madrid, following an itinerary rich in art, histrionics, and plenty of ham. They take a tour of artistic masterpieces, learn to carve ham and visit a circus church.
