This time, Maddie the rottweiler's owners struggle to find the money she needs for her life-changing knee surgery, large animal vet Kevin treats a reindeer with an eye infection, and partner Geraint has hands full with a delivery of ten French bulldog puppies.

In this final episode, the vets perform emergency abdominal surgery on Jess the cat following a road traffic accident, exotics vet Lance has some monkey business to attend to at the zoo and vet Becky tries to find out why Taz the German shepherd has collapsed at home.
