For over 120 years, St James Vets have been treating all creatures great and small. This time, Maddie the rottweiler's owners struggle to find the money she needs for her life-changing knee surgery, large animal vet Kevin treats a reindeer with an eye infection, and partner Geraint has hands full with a delivery of ten French bulldog puppies.
