Putting herself on the line in the name of science, a shivering Natalie takes the plunge in a tank of cold water to measure her body's response; undergoes a high-tech facial scan to see if her skin could benefit from red light therapy; and knocks back some funky fungi to see if lion's mane mushrooms really can boost your focus and memory.

She also takes a pummelling in the name of science to find out if massage guns really work and goes head-to-head with a leading chef to see if veggie choppers are a fantastic kitchen shortcut, or a poor substitute for good old-fashioned knife skills.
