Blodslit i Midtstubakken
The participants meet coach Martin at Midtstubakken to test their strength on one of the worst slopes in all of Oslo! Many have more to go on than they think.

For some, the enthusiasm they had at the beginning has faded and it is not as easy to motivate themselves for new workouts and to make good, healthy dietary choices.

Bootcamp på spa
There won't be much time for relaxation for the participants at Son Spa. Martin surveys where they are physically. Anette has a serious talk about sugar and alcohol!

Optimal styrkeøkt
Martin shows Bernt an optimal strength workout. Petter Katastrofe compares himself to Staysman and Anette helps Vida Lill keep a food diary.

The participants are approaching the finish line and routines are starting to change for most. Jan Tore invites the gang to a training session and dinner.
