Episode 1
More professional chefs battle it out in the kitchen to win the £1000 prize, starting with three restaurants in and around Sheffield. Competing for the prize are a seafood restaurant, a fine-dining venue with romantic ramblings and rugby revelations on the menu, and an establishment whose staff have only been working together for four months.

Episode 2
In Swansea, the first hosts are childhood mates Ash and Suj from Adelina's, who pit their modern Indian cooking against their fellow pros. The combination of flavours is off the chart for some, while others are surprised by a super sweet dessert, will the bubbly banter make for an effervescent evening? The second hosts, Matthew and Nathan, serve up a Welsh experience at The Dillwyn Arms. There's high praise for their stunning 'proper' chips, before the night's topped off with some enlightening exposés and lashings of laughter. The final night is at Juniper Place, where Britt and Jas are confident that their menu can bag them the prize. The perfectly cooked starter impresses, but the meaty main gets a rough review.

Episode 3
The first hosts in Birmingham and Wolverhampton, chef Adian and his fiancée, front of house manager Eloise, hope to showcase their Caribbean/Asian fusion menu at Adian's Dining. But when some of their fellow foodies are vocal about what they do, it leaves others nervous about what's to come. On the second day, birthday boy Kieran and chef Brandy show off their culinary skills with a pop-up Caribbean bagel fest at Smoking Bagels. But have they set the standard when it comes to honest feedback? The last hosts, Simon and Fiona, treat their guests to a Wild West extravaganza at their American BBQ-themed restaurant, Rodeos.

Episode 4
Professional chefs battle it out in the kitchen to prove they've got what it takes to win a £1,000 prize. Indian vegetarian restaurant Planet India kickstarts the week in Brighton and Hove, with chef Neez and front of house Ahmad cooking up some cosy vegan curries. The second hosts, young entrepreneurs Amy and Dom, hope to get a big score with their small plates cooked over coals at their south-east Asian vegan restaurant, Bonsai Plant Kitchen. Finally, it's the turn of Botanique to host and for Josie to showcase her huge love of vegetables.

Episode 5
Kicking things off in Belfast is traditional Irish restaurant Holohan's Pantry, where mother and daughter Jane and Emir cook up a menu of 'posh-ed up' Celtic favourites. The second hosts, Artur and Jarron, hope that their fresh approach is more fiesta than flop at their Spanish restaurant, 2 Taps, while for the final night, head chef Stacy and front of house manager Perri turn up the heat at Acapulco Mexican Restaurant.

Episode 6
The owners of three restaurants in Oxfordshire battle it out, where a lack of rice, no choice of how meat is cooked and a showstopping souffle are on the menu.

Episode 7
The first hosts in the North East, brothers Zak and Shuhel, are confident that their modern twist on traditional Indian cooking will impress their fellow professionals, at Babul's in Darlington. Their plant-based dessert is a game-changer for two vegan rivals, but their starter leaves their other guests - fellow Indian restaurateurs - feeling cold. Next up, will Alice and Alex's pizza fingers and meat-free burgers impress their rivals' picky palettes, at their vegan restaurant, V-Edge, in Middlesbrough? The night ends on a high as the rival restaurateurs reveal their previous professions and share unusual impressions alongside the dessert. Finally, Shay and Syed host at their traditional family-run Indian restaurant, Sheesh Mahal, in Hartlepool. After two strong nights, will their lamb alternative wow their vegan guests?

Episode 8
The first hosts in Exeter, Dan and Luke, risk it all with their fried chicken fare at Eat the Bird. Some of their guests get stuck in, but others aren't backwards about coming forwards with their opinion. Rachel and Darren from The Lord Nelson Inn gun for the prize with a menu of their favourite flavours, including two Asian-inspired dishes and on the final night, Simon and Theo from The Puffing Billy flex their foodie muscles with some elevated pub classics.

Episode 9
Stefan and his sous chef Billy kick off the week in Essex with restaurant classics at Toulouse. However, the king scallops and goat's cheese salad starters come under fire from the couple who could be this week's pickiest guests. Next up, Kaps and Satin offer salmon at their traditional country pub, The Bull and Willow Room. The final night gives Matt and Molly the chance to show off Matt's premium culinary skills in the kitchen at the Shepherd and Dog.

Episode 10
Professional chefs battle it out in the kitchen for a £1,000 prize. On the first night in Sheffield, head chef Monica and front of house manager Katrina at Sicilian restaurant Bella Donna serve up serious seafood and breaded beef. Next up, Fraser and Karine try to impress their guests at their American smokehouse, Backyard BBQ. Finally, trendy Harry and Yav host at Mexican restaurant Piña. Sensitive eater Karine struggles with the spice, while barbecuer Fraser lives up to his messy-eater reputation.

Based on Martha Wells' book series The Murderbot Diaries, an action-packed story about self-hacking security android who is horrified by human emotion yet drawn to its vulnerable clients. Murderbot must hide its free will and complete a dangerous assignment when all it really wants is to be left alone to watch futuristic soap operas and figure out its place in the universe.
