Woking & Guildford
Kirstie's with Rachael and Mark, who in the last three years met, married and multiplied. The couple are currently renting but are desperate to put their cash into their own home. They are looking around Woking with only four months to go until baby number two is born. Phil is in Guildford, searching with Indu and Jason. The couple want a project; but with a second child due in a matter of months, not too much of a project. They have a healthy budget, but a challenging wish list. When Phil finds them something suitable it's time to get tough with the agent.

Four Counties
This time Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer go house-hunting across four counties. Phil's helping Tom and Sue, who have sold up in Yorkshire to move 150 miles south to Suffolk. They are set on open-plan living and a huge, wraparound garden. It's a search that takes Phil to his wit's end. Kirstie's searching with first-time buyer Beccy and her mum Lucy. Beccy's move straddles three counties: Cambridgeshire, Northants and Norfolk. She has saved for a deposit and is desperate to get her independence, but is scared of making a mistake with her hard-earned cash. Kirstie needs to help strengthen Beccy's resolve.

Brighton and Hove
This time Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are by the seaside, searching around Brighton and Hove. Kirstie's hunting for a flat for Dani, who moved to Brighton to be closer to her kids when her marriage ended. Having rented for 12 months, she's decided Brighton is where she wants to put down fresh roots. Previously a hot air balloon pilot, Dani's certainly not afraid of adventure, but Kirstie soon discovers that when it comes to buying property, she's terrified. Phil's helping young first-time buyers Katy and Charlie. They've been quite spoilt while living with Katy's mum in their favourite spot of Fiveways in Brighton. Things were quite comfy until baby Lola came along. And with the addition of Harper the dog it's become a little too cosy. With a budget that won't cut it in Fiveways, they say they're prepared to compromise, but it's up to Phil to test it out.

North London and Herts
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer go house-hunting in North London and Hertfordshire. Kirstie is with first time buyers Emily and Dustin. Having moved in with Emily's parents for a year in order to save a deposit for their first flat, the couple are desperate to find a home and get back to living life, but their inexperience in the competitive London market is holding them back. Phil's trying to find a Hertfordshire home for three generations of females moving out of London. Gran Celia, her daughter Debbie, and Debbie's three daughters hope to swap Enfield for Hitchin. Phil soon discovers that moving away from school, friends and the lifestyle they're used to could divide this family more than unite them.

Aberdeen & Tyne Valley Revisits
Phil catches up with couples whose property searches took some surprise turns, from Essex to Aberdeen, and a two-year hunt in the Tyne Valley with an unexpected twist.

York Revisits 2019
The show catches up with two couples who hoped to settle in York. Tom and Timna had a baby on the way, while Kirsty and Rich took the plunge outside their comfort zone.

Croydon & Reading Revisit
The show returns to Croydon, where a local couple were being priced out the area, and Reading, where two teachers with teenagers had only six weeks to fix their property woes
